Booking Deposit/Non-Refundable Fee

Each appointment requires a non-refundable deposit of $100, plus applicable taxes, which will be deducted from your total at checkout. This deposit can be transferred only once with at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment and is valid for a duration of 6 months from the date of the original booking.

Grace Period

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, it will be canceled unless stated otherwise by our team. In this case, your deposit will be kept, and a 25% fee for the artist’s time will be applied. If you choose to rebook your appointment, a new deposit will be required, and it must be scheduled within a 6-month timeframe from your original appointment date.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your appointment less than 24 hours in advance will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and additionally, a 25% fee based on the total service cost will be charged to account for the artist’s time and preparation. Please note that if you wish to reschedule for a future date, a new deposit will be required.

Touch-Up Policy

A touch-up appointment within 4 to 8 weeks after your initial service is included in the original price, ensuring that you receive the best possible results. If this follow-up appointment is not scheduled within this designated time frame, please refer to the next touch-up level for updated pricing options.

No-Show or Missed Appointment Policy

If you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment, please be aware that your deposit will be retained, and in addition, there will be a charge of $100 plus tax to compensate the artist for their time. To reschedule your appointment, you will need to provide a new deposit, as we appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Previous Permanent Makeup/Cosmetic Tattoo

If you have previous permanent makeup, please ensure that you send us clear and recent photos before your scheduled appointment. In the event that you inform us less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, or if you show up without prior notification, please be aware that your deposit will be retained, and an additional fee of $100 plus tax will be applied to cover the artist’s time.
